What is a "good" compliance score?
Our goal with Pinata is to close gaps and drive revenue.
Opportunities will always be dynamic, especially as more placements are achieved and added.
A rule of thumb: In collaboration with our distributors, we should strive for 80-90% compliance on mandates and 15% on optionals. All compliance dashboards include a “National Benchmark” by label, to help contextualize actual performance.
How current is the depletion data on PINATA?
PINATA only captures accounts managed by NASA Team
Depletion data is refreshed weekly, on Thursdays.
There is typically a lag depletion data being reported to Proximo. Open market depletions data has a 3-day lag. Control market depletions are on a 30-45 day lag, varying by market.
Also note that some markets do not report depletions through VIP and will therefore have no reporting or compliance tracking on PINATA.
