WHO SHOULD USE THIS MODULE

This module is designed for those overseeing distributed teams of workers executing assigned Tasks at pre-determined times and locations.


HOW THIS KPI IS CALCULATED

When users Check In and Check Out of their assigned Tasks, we can assess their data on four metrics, detailed below. We assign a point value to each metric, according to standard best practices. The overall Check In Rating for a Task is the average of these four metrics.

Arrival Distance
The geo-location of the phone at Check In relative to the location of the Task. Maximum points are awarded to Check Ins within 1,000 feet.

Arrival Time
The time of the Check In relative to the start time of the Task. Maximum points are awarded to Check Ins in the hour prior to start time.

15 to 60 minutes late 60
More than an hour late 40

Departure Distance
The geo-location of the phone at Check Out relative to the location of the Task. Maximum points are awarded to Check Outs within 1,000 feet.

Departure Time
